A warehouse unit in Sydney’s south-west where a group of men allegedly held a former bikie captive for several hours before setting fire to the property had been rented to a company for an upfront cash payment of $40,000 last year and was used to store luxury vehicles.

Police were called to a home at Jersey Road in Bringelly about 3am on Tuesday after receiving reports Dillan Mancuso, 37, had been abducted by an armed group of men who also allegedly assaulted his 61-year-old father.
